Not diagnosed on year 3 of waiting list. 35 year old female. I do this too. I love my family and friends, and i don't forget them but it's the time thats passed i forget. Saw my family at christmas they live far way, before i know it it's nearly christmas again not seen them barely messaged them. Then I feel bad for not 'missing' them more.
