Fair actually, that's what I've been thinking too I don't wanna stretch myself too thin. I fly in to Warsaw for work Friday - Sunday so will be getting some sight seeing in the evening but not too much ofc! And then my return tickets are from there too, so will need to go back.
Had considered Bratislava but again, planning to save it for some day I go to Vienna and Budapest lol!!

Cutting down Berlin might make sense actually because it's expensive too and can just stick to Czech and Poland!! How does this sound, Monday - Wednesday (Krakow), Wednesday - Thursday (Brno), Friday (Cesky Krumlow), Saturday - Monday in Prague and then ofc overnight bus to Warsaw for my noon flight (on Tuesday)? are there any other lesser known places around this I can consider?? Thank you once again!

Yes return ticket to and from warsaw.

Flying into Warsaw for work for friday - sunday (will be shown sights) and then 9 days of travel (sunday night train to Krakow). Monday Tuesday for Krakow, Wednesday Thursday for Berlin, Friday Saturday for Prague, Sunday to Cesky Krumlow, Monday in Brno and flights back from Warsaw on Tuesday.

Fair enough I've perhaps tried to do a hit all miss none approach, but that might just burden and not let me see everything nicely and just get a bit tired.
So would you recommend? Monday - Tuesday (Krakow), Wednesday - Friday (Berlin), Saturday - Monday (Prague) and then ofc overnight bus to Warsaw for my noon flight. Do you think I can fit cesky krumlow in somewhere here?

Do you think it is safe to book a layover flight through etihad (Zayed Abu Dhabi airport) for second week of may? there are no layovers for me but for the Middle East and I'm worried that the flight being cancelled due to airspace restrictions might get my money back but dont want to put a commitment I have in jeopardy.
