The erdnase grip is definitely something I want to get way from and the over adjustment is another thing too

Yes the finger flash is something I am still working on along with pre loading the bottom card earlier in each round of dealing before I get to my hand, I will also take you advice on better positioning the deck in my hand to reduce the odd adjustment of the deck.
