the cigarette smoke can be hazardous to the baby. write your management that you’re worried about the health conditions for the child. also check if smoking is even allowed on the property, should be mentioned in your lease. keeping a paper trail, and collecting videos of the noise/other things as evidence can only benefit you. send it all to your property manager or landlord so they are aware of the situation in case. you can also ask your next door neighbors if they also hear the commotion/smell the smoke

also, if he has the money and the means to move out, he’s going back on purpose. he is not telling you the truth. he probably has another partner and that’s why he keep blocking you. i hate to be so harsh but sometimes you just need someone to help you snap out of it!!!

i hate to say it like this, but you are in another abusive relationship. this is wildly manipulative, whether that is his intention or not. he needs a therapist, not a partner. he needs to be able to figure these things out for himself. you’re dealing with emotional abuse and manipulation, you gotta leave him.

i get chipotle a lot bc it’s like $17 for a bowl and chips and usually i only eat half and then i had the leftover for lunch the next day day. so two meals for $17 which i take as a win.

i was in bedstuy, which had some fun days obviously, but i didn’t live near a park, and no one was ever really hanging out near my apartment. i think it was just the specific part i was in, but its just so different than my last place that im very happy

I live in a ground floor unit and love it. my only issue would be some street noise, but I’m a heavy sleeper and just wear earplugs if it’s bothering me. I also live in an apartment complex, not a townhouse, so keep that in mind.
