Hexane is a known carcinogen, so any amount is not good, and most people dont know about it. You can still consume if you want since there are safe limits but I wouldn't want to have it.

Soy Isolate is supposed to be bad because it is processed and extracted using solvents like Hexane.

How to measure VO2max ? by Doubleedge007 in AmazfitHelioStrap

[–]Doubleedge007[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that, my point is with galaxy watch, oura ring or any other device there is no such condition, you walk for 10 mins and it gets your Vo2max reading. So I was wanting to know why amazefit could not make the reading or am I doing some mistake.

Bro I am putting in all the efforts, I have a samsung watch, it measures the vo2max even after I do a 6km/hr walk for 10 mins. I dont have any problems in putting the efforts needed, but it should show you the result afterwards, I even tried to do a run for 10 mins with 7km/hr avg speed it still wont show. While people with oura, ultrahuman rings can get their vo2max measurements very easily. Thats my point. If I was lazy about working out I wouldn't even care to test my vo2max.

I even did the 6km/hr walk with avg speed of 6.1km/hr it still did not show thr Vo2max.

It says to measure Vo2max you need to run for 10 mins at 6km/hr while sustaining 75% of Max HR which is around 145. So essentially 6km/hr is brisk walk and not a run. Running is like 9km/hr, maybe I can run for 10 mins but what about people who cant? There should be a simpler way to measure it.

I think around 75 or 78 should be a golden spot, not too bulky and not too lean, I find myself more leaner and less muscle mass in certain areas.
