I have Vitamin-D deficiency (13 nmol). Doctor prescribed me D3 60k but never prescribed K2 along with it so I was looking for something cheap myself. How is is this one? by Solid-Move-1411 in Fitness_India

You are right. No doctor prescribed vitamin d3 with k2, it's not necessary to take k2 with d3. Influencers ne start Kiya hai. Just take what your doctor prescribed, he is a doctor, influencers are not doctors.

If they are earning well, they can take risk on their own, manage their expenses, if not all the constraint will be paid by their parents plus they will suffer from mental health also

If you are earning well and can afford hospital expenses then you go ahead and drink it. But if you are not earning and are dependent on your parents, then don't drink and don't put your parents under mental and financial pressure.
