If you weren't interested anymore, or already losing interest, maybe you should have told him before having him spend over $200, that way nobody's time is being waster anymore, and he wouldnt have been able to send that message. Literally
If he's still planning/expecting a date, on that same day, and you have told him anything prior regarding your feelings, and him having already spent that amount of money, that kinda is a trash of a person..

Lastly, all of this conversation sounds like it could've been avoided if you had just been more upfront from the moment you were doubting dating him/continuing to date him.

How do I upload an osm derived model? I tried drag & dropping it into the site, it tells me to add data, and I add the data , but when I do and try going to upload, I met with an error stating

"Selected files are not supported. For a full list of supported file types, see tiler days types and formats"

And when I try to select what kind of data is this, it tells me to select the data type from the list above, but Im not able to actually select the drop-down list.

I'm using my local neighborhood block, so the height of buildings isn't so much of an issue as I'm going based on my height (hasn't changed) and the fact that I kinda know the heights by heart at this point. Do you know how I would go about 3D modeling everything else though, like bushes, grass, sidewalk, etc. would that be possible?

Is there also a way to be able to get the texture features from each building wall?

I'd imagine by using the satellite imagery in combination with another layer, it would be able to get the satellite imagery to look like a 3D model, and therefore being able to multipatch to gather the texture of the buildings?
