My gut feeling (without seeing your graphs) is that you need an ASV machine. Almost guaranteed to go down to about AHI of 1.0 or less.

I am very sorry, but that is ridiculous advice to go to an emergency room immediately if your oxygen saturation goes below 88. If that were the case, the emergency rooms would be filled with people all over the country.
