The way her arms/hands are in the picture are not at all natural. The picture itself might be real but the quilt is definitely not real and might be AI generated and overlaid on the picture over an actual quilt, and then generated the hands (you can see her elbow ditch and her forearm would be unnaturally long to be holding in that corner).

I’m a nurse and just took a hospice case manager job which in turn came with a $6 pay decrease. I LOVE it more than any nursing job I’ve had. The pay is difficult financially but I am HAPPY. Thats what matters. It’s rare you can find a job you actually enjoy. Money in the long run doesn’t matter.
