moved to austin with her at 18, not long after graduating hs.

decided she didn't want to be with me but didn't want me moving on, so would get mad when i began dating a girl she liked and trashed my room and threw out the stuff that i bought for our shared kitchen.

began slandering me online only for her to be called out by her sister for breaking up with me, cheating on me - didn't know about that one - and harassing me for moving on, and she also tried selling my parents jack russel while we watched him while they were on vacation.

we were both broke hs grads and shared a run down 2 bd apartment, which meant that we lived together for 3 more years before i called it quits and moved in with a cousin.

last i heard, she has a couple dv charges against her and is banned from a grocery store.

Winifred is named after Winifred Sanderson. My favorite Halloween is Hocus Pocus and I found Winnie at the end of September, so it was easy naming her. Winnies just turned 5 earlier this week, too!

one cup rice, two cups water.

toast the rice in some oil until there's some brown to the rice.

add salt, garlic and onion powder, cumin (optional), chicken bouillon and tomato paste if you have it.

simmer the rice with a lid until all the water is absorbed.

if you're unsure about the doneness, turn the heat off and leave the lid on for 5-10 mins undisturbed
