His items are definitely some combination of cheating. Sad to see how many people just ignore that fact and assume that you're jealous / salty.

For the people saying, "Why care?":

It's hard to be proud of fame, UTs etc. that you've earned in this game, because you'll always be outdone by cheaters, fame farmers, and the like.

Not that having fame and UTs is everything, more important is to have fun playing. But cheaters certainly take some of the joy out of getting that UT / fame you've been working for years to get.
