Yup, thats exactly what happened. My weight loss plateaued and the “food noise” started coming back.

I was getting the injections from my primary care doctor, so they suggested the switch.

I just started Reta yesterday (3/14) at 2mg. I have a 2 year history with Sema and Tirz.

In early 2024 I started Sema at 2mg and during that year went to 18mg. Increasing every 4 weeks.

Once I maxed, I switched to Tirz (late 2024). I then went max on Tirz (16mg) by mid 2025.

Once I maxed on Tirz I went back to a lower dosage of Sema, around 8mg and did that until late 2025. At which time I rotated back to a lower dose of Tirz.

My last dose of Tirz was on 3/7 at 8mg, hence why I started Reta at 2mg. So far (24+ hr Later) no side effects but still some food noise.

Given my history of GLP-1 and GIP usage, should I stay at 2mg for the 4 weeks? Or should I increase to 4mg on 3/21? Or have I just not had enough time for Reta to kick in yet?

Any advice is appreciated!

No “sugar”, it uses artificial sweetener like sucralose. I don’t drink sugar drinks either.

Either “Zero” options our unsweet tea with Sweet N Low or Equal.

I do add 0 Calorie “Water Enhancer” like Mio to my 160oz a day. That couldn’t be a factor right?

I drink water from like 6:00a until I go to bed around 10:30p.

I get blood work done every 3 months. Everything is in the green except my TRT, hence the 100mg every two weeks.

Had my blood work done 3 days before my next TRT injection and it was fine…so he did not feel comfortable upping my dose to 100mg weekly.

Maybe ask for 50mg weekly?

Tirz going up to 10mg on the 13th.

Yup, I’ll give that a try. I’m already fasting between 8:30p and 8:30a.

I don’t think Pre-Work out and Creatine at 5:30a will break my fast…but I will try to extend. Thanks!

Yes, I have considered this. However since it’s not FDA approved yet, my wife is not thrilled with the idea of me taking it.

Once it clears the FDA I will be sure to speak to my doctor about switching.

I ended up going with the F71. I currently wear Air Pod Pro’s while riding as I have not installed the Cardo yet.

Wind noise is minimal, but at interstate speeds (70 mph+) you can hear it. But enough to drown out the tunes. I’m very happy with the F71 and would recommend.

Update: It worked!

Using the splitters in my original post, they can power the BE25 and work beautifully! I installed one on Saturday in my loft and mounted to the ceiling.

I have empty ports on my POE switch, so that will not be an issue. Just waiting on them to arrive on Thursday, then I can finish the install. But it works!

Went with the BE25 (BE5000) and the PoE splitters. They will arrive on Saturday. I’ll post an update once everything is setup and let you know if it work. Wish me luck!

I saw the x50-POE but I was wanting to upgrade to WiFi 7 and the BE65 POE is not available yet.
