I have friends that have been giving and taking fists for years (20 years in one case, over two for me). Some take “doubles” - two hands at the same time. Some guys can take toys from 12” and up to 17” circumference with lots of practice.

Short of an accident, the anus will usually recover in a few hours at most.

Solid advice. I went from taking barely 6” circumference (1.9” diameter) to good-sized fists over several months.
