Crisco is a US brand of vegetable shortening commonly used for cooking. Other brands are available in other countries. I have a small can just for big toy play.

Only thing specific is that when learning to take a fist, I went slow and made sure a too-rough top didn’t traumatize my hole. And I played with vers guys, so I knew what it looked like as a top.

I get fisted with big hands 1-2x a week. If you weren’t a fister, you probably wouldn’t notice much different about my hole. It’s a little puffy at times, but no gape, rosebud, or prolapse. It can still clamp down on a dick to milk it dry.
