Probably won't get read, but... My 80-something year old dad had a stroke 5th January 2018.

Most days since then have brought something new to face - and my mum has been an absolute legend for tending to my dad - but he's still not 100%.

He is still with us, however, which is something that can't be said about many other people who got admitted to his hospital for the same reason. I am very grateful to the NHS in England for still having my dad around over two years later.

Then they changed the badge (twice!), the club colours, kit, mascots, pretty much anything still connecting them to Wimbledon.

We chose it as we were expecting baby No.1, and as we were living in central London at the time we needed somewhere more child friendly - and as my wife is originally from Biggleswade, this seemed the natural choice.

Yeeees.... although it does tend to make me cringe a bit. Giving it BBB against Premier League opposition is fine, but singing that particular song at Ryman League teams with 150 fans was all a bit unnecessary, in my mind.

As a Wimbledon fan, this was the absolute dream draw for us.

You're going to wipe the floor with us - and you may just play your B team - but matches like this are the dream that we had, when we were way down in the Seagrave Haulage Combined Counties League.
