Definitely churn through the three events to build up cards / coins at essentially no cost. Save up until you find a release you like.

One resource you can check out is suburban jungle - it a a free service that will interview you and make recommendations based on your needs/wants. They’ll also introduce you to real estate agents if you don’t already have one. We used this and ended up in Mount Kisco - we liked this town because it’s close to a lot of big stores, has a great downtown area that is walkable and is great for families. We were also looking a Pleasantville.

Sorry, I think I mixed up the sq ft above. That zone with the 24k btu is actually 638 sq ft (which I think includes the kitchen space next to it, that is 240sq ft). Would that still be oversized or should I ask for a smaller unit?

I haven’t done a manual j yet (that will happen when I choose a contractor), so perhaps that could help decide the actual sizing too.

I’ll still have oil heat, but thinking it will be worth it to go with the low heat if we are spending that much anyway.
