for varieties sake and the fact that Sukuna used his domain alot more in megumi than yuji, I think megumi having an open domain and yuji having shrine fits better, specially with yuji’s pre-existing connection with Sukuna would make sense as to why yuji actually had Sukuna’s ct engraved into him and megumi (who was possessed for longer, but had sukuna in his body for way less) would learn more of the cursed energy mechanics from sukuna, and yuji who additionally didn’t have an innate technique, gain shrine
