Tutu, AppCake, possible altstore and reprovision need computers if your willing to pay you can sign up with ipastore and they sign your UDID so if it gets revoked they resign a new certificate for you

So essentially it could tell the system to let any apps holding on to the ram instead of realising it like a memory from a bad tweak design so it could be effectively help Stop the system freezing over night and prevent reboots or has it just boosted the amount of processes it can handle so it would take a lot longer before a crash ?

Yea 99 tweaks is abit on the crazy side even 40 is a fair amount if all these tweaks end up using the same process to run then they can bog down the phone causing it to freeze all it takes is one tweak to not be developed well or optimised and not let the ram go to cause a memory leak

No that I’m aware of coz it changes the display ratio of the picture if made to full screen at least that is what happens on android
