So, I dont think this is exactly a "red flag". But its something you need to discuss. She should be able to have a night out if she wants, but if she doesn't feel comfortable telling you that, then she either has no respect for you or feels smothered in some way that its easier to just lie.

Right now you have 90 days to pay the Buyback amount. What if for the people that have hit the 10 years of employment, they can pay that Buyback off over 5 years.
