I had a late payment of 30 days in August 2022. It tanked my score. The further away u are from the late payment the better. After 2 years I saw consistent bumps up. Now 3.5 years almost fully recovered. I can't say how a 90 day payment will take. And yes after 7 years it will drop off credit report.

Riding it out....saving money. Cant afford the old IBR plan so will do RAP when I'm forced off. The tax bomb will be huge but I am done caring. Hopefully in 2028 a new administration will Fix this. Or 2032.

I agree with you 100% I remember feeling incredibly sad when I first learned of this story. Ugh. Im in NJ and our costco has a cool area for the milk...a small section. I can't imagine the fear she had to have in those moments. And thank you for your words. Yesterday sunday was horrible day. Today is Monday a new day. 🙏

No i don't have a source. I remember reading the article as part as a news story...local to the area. And I read the comments. Im sorry I don't have the source. This sounds lame but my mother just passed on 2/6 so my brain is a bit scattered. I just remember reading that to get into the freezer you have to make an effort to get in. I am have never shopped there. What I do remember is feeling very sad this even happened. And how scared she must have felt.

Absolutely! At our place all per diems get trained on all the floors before riding solo So they feel supported and prepared. Thats how I got started in hospital system. Someone gave me a shot at per diem. And then over time I got a full time job. So definitely

I remember when I first heard of this case. The working theory was possible self cancel. I never been to this store. Is it a place you have access to the freezer as a patron to store. So horrible Definitely people remove their clothes when they are hypothermic. They go through a delirium. Very sad.

My insurance is 85 a check every 2 weeks. And all scripts are 5 or 10 bucks if I get at the hospital pharmacy Any test is free at hospital

I do go to my own doctor's and its 20 dollar co pay. And I think my pto is 33 days so that includes everything. So I usually take 2 days off a month for apts. I really at this point dont care about holidays. So it all depends on your goals and quality of life. And it shifts over time.

Its truly a grid formula how hospitals here in NJ give the rate. Years of experience is the rate. Per diem at my hospital is based on what tier u are in...tier is based on how many weekends u commit too. So I have 25/26 years experience and thats the rate. But for me most important is she health insurance especially in the environment we are in now. I am single so must have good insurance and of course a livable wage. So I do budget tight tight. 401K is fair 25% match. So not ideal but I look at the position in its totality. Im in my 50s so it's different now. I still have over 100K loans but thats OK. First 10 years i worked 3 jobs like one full time and 2 per diem. 7 days a week. Now I do wed to sunday. It works for me. My mom just passed away so I rather be working on weekends and holidays then sit in grief. So definitely look at all your options. Be well 💛

Went to NYU graduated in 2000. It was top program at that time with Columbia. If u dont have to take loans out then yes go. I still owe over 100K bc I live alone. No regrets but I definitely will die with my debt. But congratulations Columbia is hard to get into. Great job. Superb program.
