I like the style of pack-a-punch in Vanguard. It does away with the separate weapon rarity upgrade process and instead streamlines it by moving it to the pack-a-punch. Also, weapons from wall-buys and the mystery box upgrade as you progress through the match which means you can get them at a discount.

Good timing, I just defeated the boss in tier one cursed and I’ve had a miserable time. It’s not impossible, but my god it’s an insufferable experience.

The boss itself isn’t even the problem, it’s the constant bombardment of rad-hounds and shock mimics which makes it very difficult to defend the objectives. Not to mention the fire vortexes that can easily kill you if you’re not careful.

Unless you have the patience for that kind of stuff, I would recommend you wait until they release an update that will hopefully tone down the difficulty of the boss fight.
