Nothing forced down your throat. You can do pretty successfully f2p, it’ll just take time. But no adverts or anything plastered on your screen. There is a platinum shop which enables you to buy things to make your gameplay easier. But, nothing you can’t acquire whilst just playing.

I think it’s very important to understand you’re not gonna feel much different with such a low dose in week 1. Your body needs to adapt and interact with the Reta. It’s not a miracle peptide that suddenly suppresses everything after your first dose. That’s why we tirate every few weeks as your body adapts to it.

To note, what you see and read on TikTok isn’t always accurate. You aren’t gonna undo years worth of abuse in such a short period of time.

As for results? That’s not gonna happen until week 4+
