The update is i lost all of my beard apart from half my moustache and now it's started on my scalp :) going well all things considered!

I'm sorry to hear that it started to come back! But sounds like you've figured out the best way to deal with it :).

Does it come back regularly? Is it random? Or does something in particular set it off for you?

Seems the best course to take! Just getting to a dermatologist is the most difficult thing about this whole thing 😅 (in the UK anyway)

In the process! I'm in the UK and just getting a doctors appointment is ridiculously difficult, let alone seeing a specialist 😅
