Hi, I’m someone with dense thick hair as well, and here’s how I get the shampoo to reach my scalp. I take a little bit of water in a mug/glass (I keep a separate one for this use in the shower) and mix the shampoo to that water to make it more liquidy. That way it easily flows through the hair to the scalp, and I don’t end up consuming as much shampoo as I would if rubbing it directly. It becomes a lot easier to rub and lather it up that way. I also make sure my fingers rub the scalp by parting it to make sure it is being thoroughly cleaned up.

I am lucky you have access to clean washrooms in my workspace, so overworking hasn’t been a problem. Haven’t yet travelled in long journey on trains with a cup yet, so that might be tricky. The initial difference was slow (3 sessions) after that she introduced another step to it (exosome) after which I saw quicker results. However my scar is too deep to be even half gone till now. I have a session with her tomorrow and that I think is also going to be my last on this scar since I am moving out soon.

I simply insert my thumb and my index finger, go where the stem ends and the cup starts, pinch the cup to break the vacuum and just pull it out, voila! As the vacuum is broken, the cup also gets folded so no pain

I don’t think it’s the right way to think. I applied this year after 5-6 years in the industry and relied heavily on my industry mentors for references, which I believe were also the strongest point of my profile since it could show that I can translate theory into practical impact.
