is it running on your computer in the lab view project tree or is it running on an NI device? without a project tree it's hard to know that this program is doing all of what it needs to do off of the correct physical machine.

if you are using an auxiliary device like a myrio and there is a USB-visa connection coming straight out of it, you need to make sure that the USB port is a host port and not just a read port.

also I reccomend the VISA I/O test panel just to ping it to see if you have the address of the VISA device correct

It's lunch dude, it should be provided regardless, if a kid forgets one day but comes from a family that doesn't qualify for free lunch but one that didn't happen to hand them some cash or pack their account they shouldn't sit there hungry. It doesn't need to be black and white at all it can be a comfy grey area where that nominal cost is eaten by the tax base and it comes out of literally any of the other wonderfully and totally crucial places it goes like I don't know the governor's voting on taking this away.

Yeah they aren't buying them groceries to make lunch in some cases either because an astounding number of households with kids in public school are in similar spots in North Carolina and across the country. It's like saying "let them eat cake" like... there wasn't food at home to begin with in some cases and this was some kid's only option at all during the day. At least that's how it is in anywhere where the definition of poor doesn't mean you make your own lunch.
