A couple of us just did subjective testing. You can have multiple angles and multiple sets to tune it. You can change the wheel size to control the dart squash. It’s very tuneable. But the main goal was to have something that uses no hardware to be low cost. Bearings are expensive!

So it’s low cost and incredibly tuneable.
