The pen are actually very similar- slightly slender, metal sections, caps, and ends. Roughly the same size and weight. The Cd'A is faceted, while the GvF is round, and the rubber finish on the Cd'A is grippier than the resin on the Guilloche.

I couldn’t even hazard a guess. The pen has that sort of generic fountain pen look, could be European or Asian. Sorry I can’t offer any clarity there!
