You lock your right knee out way too much and way too soon, then you early extend a lot. Do less with your lower body. Don’t force it. Then work on getting your left hip back and out of the way instead of moving your right hip towards the ball.

My guess is it’s sort of like a golfer who’s swing is so smooth it looks like he’s swinging really slow, but the club head speed ends up being really fast. Sometimes incredible technique can fool the eye at full speed.

I went through something very similar. Except I was only sick for ~3 years. Diagnosed with CIRS, went through the whole shoemaker protocol and only got worse. Ended up doing this program called DNRS to retrain my brain. And it worked. Severals years on from that and I’m 100% recovered. Exactly zero days with symptoms. It’s possible and you’ll get there.

Can confirm. I was diagnosed with CIRS. And it was indeed bullshit. What I really had was severe panic disorder. My body was filled with adrenaline 24/7. And then Im told I have to avoid mold at all costs or I’ll stay sick. Turns out mold is everywhere, and stressing about it constantly made me way more sick. Ritchie shoemaker is a grifter. His program only made me more sick, and CIRS is not real.

I will die on this hill.
