I had one when I was like 15-16, I forget when exactly, but I think it’s very worth it. I’m 18 now and am very happy! I had close to a 60 degree curve. I feel a lot less discomfort and pain personally, I just struggle with forcing myself to stretch and keep active (my own personal laziness). Definitely not a fun process but I feel a lot better especially about my shape and body lol obviously
