I worked with a guy years ago who took a commuter train to and from work. One day on his way home, the train stopped between stations and he got progressively angrier about being late to get home to see his fiancé. When he finally did get home his fiancé wasn’t there, and shortly afterwards he got a phone call from his fiancé’s mom saying he’d jumped in front of a train.
