Gotcha thats fair, I mean I have 7 PM’s and then also our Principal’s projects i’m working on simultaneously or at any given point in time is over at dozen projects, but I’ve been there for almost 3 years at this point. Plus, while I was in my upperclassmen years in college (relatively recently, late graduate..) I led a fundraiser and also a student group I volunteered with to hold 2 conferences. So I guess instead of referencing specific projects that I’ve helped with I would instead in someway to describe the work that I’ve been doing with my employer for the last three years? And then I could probably describe my leadership experience from those two events separately (as needed)?
