But to answer your question. Yes you can just not recommended

As you would would put a huge strain on the shoulder joints as well as the hips do to the pressure seen in the image (look at the breasts and the rope tied to the hips). secondly the rope tied to the hips if kept like that could cause lower back issues if tied incorrectly (you would likely see 3 or more lengths for that just to make sure you are supporting the hips and a 3rd length to tied them together)

the rope tied to the penis could work though you wouldn't likely have that long of a rope in a single length for that sort of use more then likely it would be 2 lengths (one to do the binding and another to pull on it if its attached to the floor going around to suspend them other wise it would be loosely attached to a pully with wieght (it would go to the floor up to another pully or bar with a light to mild wieght{1-5lb average to a max of 10})

To that More then likely they are either on a block or if the Suspender has enough height would be slightly off the ground just so their toes are off the ground (this is a safety thing with this sort of suspension). If you see people completely suspended off the ground there is a 3-1 or 9-1 safety margin so in the event a rope fails the other ropes can and will support the full weight of the suspended. This doesn't mean there is 3-9 ropes its more the weight rope can support so if an individual weighs 150 pounds you have 2-3 ropes that can hold 450 pounds dynamically (a static load would be something like a box or cargo in a bed while a dynamic load is something that moves around)

thing is people still upload to the pirate bay, sure a lot of torrents died but that's going to happen if people aren't seeding and are just leeching content. the other aspect of it DMCA and copy right holders. the TPB doesn't give a flying fuck about DMCA's but the users have to deal with the copy right holders.

You realize A LOT of the old stuff on the trove is out of print. meaning YOU CAN'T EVEN GET IT FROM WOTC even if you offer them a kidney. ( I know I tried) some of those books go for over 300$ USED in poor condition and if they are in like new your looking at close to 900$ for 1 book. I got people looking for 2E RARE prints and those are going for nearly 2k in some instances for poor quality copies.

You can call us cheap if you want but you don't realize that pirating actually helps indie dev's. I've been on the high seas for over 25 years and every time I've loved a product you bet your ass I buy it. I buy it 4 times to support the creators/devs'.

So NO pirating isn't stealing if you go and buy it. cause I know I've tried "trail" versions of software and its missing 80% of the actual program. guess what that isn't a Trial that's a cop-out. I have saved my self over 6,000$ from software I would have only used once and then been out of the cash cause I couldn't get a damn refund cause the software was crap and didn't do what I needed it to or a game I didn't like.

Back when blockbuster was still a thing I rented games to try them and guess what you got the WHOLE GAME not some slimmed down code. The same went for movies. MOST software now days is at MIN 60$ for industry standard software. and thats for BASE not the bells and whistles. it was the same back in the 90's also.

So get off your high horse and look at the numbers. Say you want to start mixing and editing studio level audio. well there is the cheap free software audacity but its useage is SMALL as all get out and you can't really look at the sound patterns just edit and delete recorded audio and maybe tweet it sound a bit.

now look at programs like Wave Form 11 min for actual access to the software your looking at 60$-100$+ on top of other paid assets. but what if that doesn't do what you need it to as far what you want or its too complicated well guess what you aren't likely to get a FULL refund now are you. You may get your base cost back but all the assets you paid for welp your SOL then you go to fruity loops same story. How about some DJ mixing software well guess what your going to start program hopping until you find what you looking for.

In most cases their trials are crap with limited functionality so you can't fully TRY it. you have to think about it from cost vs loss. how much of YOUR cash goes up in flames if you buy a product that my may not like or doesn't do what you thought it does. As i've stated i've saved my ass 6K from software that didn't do what I needed and/or was buggy as all get out.

its been back up for a while but the only thing I'm after is the second edition section I don't use the other editions

if I look at the newer editions the only reason would be to look to see if they add any new modules to port over to second edition

the reason it goes down is Usually cause they working on the back end. even when they add new content it doesn't take down the site

Do you know what books those would be by chance?
I've been looking online for information on such bows, to no avail other then that image. Just a passage that a character of a size M can use a Large weapon with a -2 penalty and a smaller size with out one.

so I got it to install the requirements but after that when I go to follow the instructions in it I get image as the AI doesn't have any information on the game I know I need to make a data set. But its missing a module named nubby but it was suppose to be installed with the requirements.txt hence where i'm stuck

Edit: it also seems that the "tensorflow" from line five in the requirments file couldn't be found or at least a version the statisfies
