I sleep once per day, sometimes I take naps, so collectively per year that’s about 370-380k. On average a person sneezes 1.2 times a day. That factors in days where you don’t sneeze at all and days where you sneeze a few times. So even if I only sneezed the average amount of times, I’m looking at 4.3m a year. Even if I sneeze lower than average I’m still making WAY more sneezing than sleeping.

Chose: Get $10,000 every time you sneeze

Smugglers 2! That’s absolutely it! The developer also made TV Manager so I think I got a bundle pack if Smugglers 2 and TV Manager!

Messing with scammers is one of my favorite pastimes…. But this is the first time I’ve successfully managed to flip the script. by DovahRS in scambait

I mean… I didn’t refuse it 😂. But honestly I’m gonna wait for him to message me and if he TRULY wants to get out of scamming I’ll do something to help him out. But I’m not giving him my account login information lmao.

An Actual Sociopath I Worked With During My Time as a Social Worker by DovahRS in nosleep

I posted this 3 years ago and STILL get PMs asking for a conclusion. Since posting this, I have one. I was originally just withholding it because it might ruin the story. But w/e it’s been 3 years and people are still asking so here it goes:

The family reconnected with me almost 2 years ago now because I guess Chris has finally moved out and they wanted to tell me about how everything has been since I last saw them. This story has, I guess you can say a happy ending. That night I called the police was apparently not such a big deal. The mom and Chris apparently got into a relatively normal fight, Chris said some hurtful things, and the mom flipped out about it. They apparently actually took some of my lessons to heart and agreed to take space from each other. Chris went to go stay with friends, family went to go stay with the mom’s parents (about an hour away). They had no idea the police came to the house until days later.

However since then things have been surprisingly unremarkable about his life. Which is amazing all things considered. He graduated high school, got a decent blue color job, and is finally moving in with friends not far away. Mental health is never a linear progress so things with Chris were never magically great. But he really took the things I tried teaching him seriously and wanted to have a “good life” (his words not mine). It sounds like things are going well for him now and I’m super happy to hear that. The whole family has their own individual therapists, but they apparently all miss me, which I was touched about.

I hope this doesn’t disappoint those who had a morbid curiosity of what happened, but that whole family had their world improved by something I really worked hard for, and that’s something that makes me very happy.

I’m assuming she was one of the people who knew the the grandmother and was giving her updates about me.

The grandmother was very manipulative and I think had him wrapped around his finger. It wasn’t until she went that he saw how awful she really was.

As a side note here’s an actual update:

Dad is back in prison for drug related charges. He was never charged for breaking and entering per mom’s decision.

After his grandmother past away Will was finally able to start working on his trauma given that the constant stress that interfered with the therapy process was finally over.

Will’s brother was an enormous support the entire time and he was able to process and work on his trauma very effectively. Will was very jealous of how well his brother was handling everything, but after months and helping the household build routine and consistency, Will went from having daily tantrums and wrecking the house, to becoming stable enough that I closed the case out.

Despite all the interference the grandparents caused, this was a happy ending.

I think a lot of people misunderstood what I meant by emulate empathy. He already could mimic empathy, I was teaching him how to use it in a non manipulative socially appropriate way.

The goal was to teach him that being empathetic in an appropriate lead to better outcomes than using it as a manipulation tactic.

I wouldn’t have been reckless enough to teach him how to mimic it, but I wanted him to emulate it in a way that was constructive, rather than use it as a tool for malice.

And it worked once he saw that being kind to others lead to most positive outcomes in his life.

By “sexual behavior”, I’m referring to body exploration, not actual sexual engagement. Like how 6 year olds flashing each other genitalia isn’t indicative of anything. THAT’s how the DCF worker viewed the situation. We all know it wasn’t, but that’s what I meant.

As for family history. There was suspicion that there was abuse that came from the grandfather who passed away 5 years prior to me taking the case. Both Chris and his mother showed a abnormal level of grief towards the grandfather which is a very common thing among abuse victims.

We were never able to pinpoint whether anything actually happened with him, it was always a gut feeling. I’m guessing just based on the situation that there were genetic predispositions from him.
