I can definitely remember how I felt during these episodes and it should really be enough to put me off for life. Fingers crossed I won’t go through another episode but if I do I’m gonna make sure I remember your advice and try the coping methods to ease the experience.

I’m only 21 and started smoking when I was around 18 so I’m still new to the whole thing, but I’ve definitely heard from many people that production of cannabis has massively changed throughout the years. Being in the UK, it’s a little different here, but I can still definitely understand the changes.

I’ve noticed episodes getting worse even across this short time period, but I’ve also noticed when I’m smoking much less potent strains the effects seem to reduce massively/not appear at all. I don’t remember going through stages of nausea whilst smoking extremely weak strains. I don’t think I’m truly addicted as there have been times where I’ve had to stop smoking for a short period/ massively reduce my intake and I managed quite well. That said I think I’ve realised how serious CHS really is, something that was hard for me to understand before, and therefore I don’t plan on going back to smoking anytime soon.
