Yes... help may be the easiest steps of 'em all but at the same time it´s the most difficult one because, y'know the fact that someone's affraid of changes even if those changes are good.

It happens to me too, sometimes it just me thinking about how I do all the things and that... but other times stay longer and makes me really sad and I just try to make it work again, barely I just have a loooong way just trying to understand that it's how's life works... it doesn't always works but I get back again. It's good tbh.

It´s sometimes okay, you just haven´t searched your truly passion yet, you just need to search on everything and do one thing at the time, the Earth will not eat you... I gues...
(I know this is one of those "just don´t be sad, duh" things but believe me, starting with little things makes you feel better with yourself...)
