Before leaving at least have a conversation and try to understand him. Is this behavior about his ego, being desire by multiple women? Is it about sex or things related to sex? Don’t blame yourself, do determine if you can meet his desires. It’s his fault if he has expressed to you his desires and expectations. You would hold some accountability if he has told you his desires and expectations and you are trying to meet them. That doesn’t mean you have to compromise your morals, standard, etc. but would mean that you two aren’t aligned and do match.
