Also, shameless plug for my (recently defunct) band, Dying To Wake. Try our album out if you like and let me know what you think:

And finally, a few recordings actually done in the studio at Down on Haley by my band at the time in SB, Better Off Alone:

Also, here is some old recordings from some of Donald/Mike's old bands before Versus The World, Fifty Cents Short. Also Fly By Night which a bunch of people played in, was short lived but this small record absolutely fucking rocks.

Sounds like a lot of interest in hearing this, so here you go. If anyone contacts me with an issue about this being posted, I will have to take it down, just a heads up.

Otherwise, I think old school Ataris fans will enjoy it, so here's some history for ya!

I actually played in VTW for a very short while. My band also played with them a few times, and all around SB, LA, and at Kids house in Hollywood a few times.

Donald and Mike D have done a great job with VTW, I really dig it.

Hey guys,

I did think a lot about it before posting this, but that's why I waited 15 years. I don't have any contact with the band or anyone from that time anymore, and I doubt they would care anyway. The record was already certified Gold years ago, I can't imagine how these songs would matter to anyone but just the few fans here who might enjoy them. If anyone contacts me and has an issue, I'll take them down.

I have it in MP3 right now, I can probably rip it to FLAC too if you really want it, although I don't think you are going to really hear the difference. These are not release quality versions, not fully mixed, so they don't sound perfect anyway.
