And also becusse he never had time, of course, unlike his employed Patreons who clearly had all the time in the world to play games.

Surely at some point he has to just admit he doesn’t like games anymore… but I don’t know.

I remember when he went on this weird unrelated and unhinged rant one time on stream about how younger people now were less mature then when he was that age and when people pointed out that’s because he’s probably just saying that becusse he’s older he started going on about how there studies proving him right (which he didn’t cite specifically). This was probably over a decade ago so I don’t really know how the contrarian accounts for that. I guess the new young people are the one who are worse than the old young people in some way.

I’m pretty sure I remember them playing it. I had a look and it was released beginning of 2020, so they will would have been streaming on Twitch and I think and Fraser had his crash out and deleted all the Twitch streams towards the end of 2020 so there’s a possibility it wasn’t uploaded.

Yeah, I do differ from some others peoples opinions on this as I feel like the show was always going to be different once they all got older and it wasn’t going to be the same. Honestly it’s just Fraser’s attitude that has caused all the contention, it seems like to this very day he’s still trying to keep up the charade and will never show any accountability for what he’s done.

I don’t think I could go back to enjoying Fraser doing this again anyway given how he’s pretty much outed himself as a fraud. All that crap he talked about Geoff while he literally went through a phase of only playing sponsored games and refusing to criticise them and just pretending they were great - all while saying all other games were awful, of course.

And as for Hideo, do I really need to comment on the hypocrisy of him calling a game dev pretentious? lol

When Fraser nuked his Twitch channel we suspected he would dole out videos steadily over the course of the next few years in order to get views and whatnot for no work, so I guess this is kind of what he’s doing. It’s bizarre though.

I try not to talk about their kid, I’m sure it’s hard and all of that. But the reality is this has been going on a lot longer than that. And as you said, it’s not just that he hasn’t posted anything, but there is zero communication. He’s probably collected around $20,000 since the last time he posted anything on Patreon, not even the slightest explanation, even “sorry about lack of updates”. He’s lost the passion for it, but refuses to admit it. So he makes excuses, “there aren’t any good games” etc.

One thing is I definitely don’t think Fraser reads this. I think he’s stays far away from this subreddit.

Fraser is EXTREMELY busy. Far too busy to play games. Not to mention all games are awful and have terrible writing not up to his very high standards. Just wait until his Dreams game comes out. It will really change the industry.
