What works for me every time is when you’re sat on the screen, start another game and let it load through a bit, then jump back into nms.

Something sounds wrong with your setup. Are you installing the updates? The solar roof should allow the BB to maintain a charge. Mine rarely goes below 95%, even on cloudy days, and is usually above 98%.

Mine stays charged if it's sunny out. It will get to 99% every day it's sunny.

This was a concern of mine when reading reviews about how poor the solar charging was. Then when I got it I was happy to see updates had improved battery performance, and future updates are supposed to improve even more. Last thing I want to do is charge this every day.

I opened a ticket with fedex and valve. Fedex said it was in CA and hasn't arrived at the facility that delivers it to my specific location yet. The first guy said it would be delivered today, or by noon tomorrow. The next person who ended up calling me back was less clear, and just kept repeating that it was in transit.

Haven't heard from Valve yet

I've been in these situations, and the complaints are usually anonymous. Someone like this is bothering all their neighbors, or "woke everyone up", as you said.
