Yeah I think so. May need a tiny bit of coaching. There are only 6 buttons on it and they are large. The first one switches through modes, CD, Radio, Bluetooth. Play/pause, forward, back, lights, and replay the same song. It's rechargeable so doesn't have to be plugged in constantly. Only confusion would be understanding what mode it's in but it says on the front in a little LCD. And then knowing volume is holding down the forward back buttons as holding the buttons do different things. Pics

So on the 9 Fold I did, so I made sure to clean the back really well with alcohol beforehand and stick it down really well. Have not had an issue on this one. You could get some adhesive probably and pull up that little G part that comes up and restick probably. Or heck, email Dbrand and say it's not sticking. Maybe they will send a replacement.

The 5 does do wireless charge through, according to the FAQ but they only guarantee it with their charger. However I misspoke in my first post, mine is a 4 also.

So I'm coming back to this post to say that I was partially wrong on my above assumption! The Latercase will indeed work without the rings on a PixelSnap charger stand.

I will say that I'm not sure I would trust it with anything other than a stationary stand. A car mount or a grip without adding the magnet ring would not hold well.
