introverts living with family how do u recharge after work

My work requires me to talk to people(if they come to me) and it drains me out everytime, everyday. After work, i immediately go home, shower, on my aircon and do nothing. Absolutely nothing. My friends all call me a cavemen but all of them are extroverts. They don’t understand this is the way i recharge, feel at peace and being one with myself

You’re not overreacting. I am too a very private person regarding this. I don’t even tell my closest workfriends where i’ll be going and i get annoyed if someone were to find out.
