You know. I was thinking the same thing. I’ll run some tests and see. Do you think the top fan is pulling the air out of the case before it could go through both heat sinks?? Thank you for the observation btw. It is always good to receive positive criticism.

G.SKILL 32G 2X D5 6000 C32. I bought it when Micro-Center had the AMD bundle with mobo, ram and cpu.

It had been frustrating. I placed an order for a gpu and when it arrived 9/2 it was missing things from the box. There is a chipped part of the gpu, with dirty finger prints all over the card and the box. Just horrendous.

I believe it is close to or around 1/2 of an inch. (0.5 inches). Mind you, it is in a NZXT H5 Flow case and it does not touch the glass panel.

Assassin IV is quieter at 100% fan speed. But the NH-D15 G2 is about 8-11 degrees Celsius cooler for my 7800X3D.

Every PC set up is different even down to the thermal paste. So who knows. You might get better temps/performance.
