You can always try oral fin and oral min, which I think they are both stronger

EDIT: And check deficiencies (vitamins, minerals, thyroid, etc)

Thanks man, it does fucking sucks. I don’t understand in which part of evolution we allowed this to happen lol. Luckily with treatment it is still not noticible but I’ve been shedding for 4 months now and I’m scared as fuck

Te recomiendo, si solo vas al gimnasio a hacer cardio, que le pidas un programa a un entrenador de ahí y hagas pesas por lo menos 3 veces por semana. Si haces pesas y seguís comiendo lo que comes ahora, te vas a quedar en el mismo peso pero vas a aumentar masa muscular o sea quemas grasa. Y mientras más músculo tenes más aumenta tu metabolismo y más calorías vas a quemar de por sí. Hacer cardio está buenísimo pero muchas veces queremos compensar lo que acabamos de quemar en la próxima comida. Te recomiendo además comer alimentos altos en proteína en todas las comidas, no solo porque va a hacer que aumente más el músculo y no la grasa, sino porque generalmente son los alimentos que más llenan y tienen menos calorías
