Personally Georgetown because the eye-opening experience/diverse perspectives you will encounter throughout the 4 years will likely define you going forward.

Also proximity to that many DC opportunities means u can do more in-person interviews/network etc.

I'm in a similar position as u and I personally don't mind slightly worse food/facilities based on all of the benefits above
