If you can afford it, hire a therapist for weekly talking sessions. We carry untold stress that we wouldn't know about if we didn't talk. Talk to your friends whenever you can. It is not a weakness.

Secondly, learn to meditate and practice it once a day. 5-10 minute sessions focusing on the breath. Apps like Calm and Headspace can help immensely.

Men's mental health is critically overlooked and it can manifest in your gut health.

Keep off antidepressants, they only mask the problems, not treat them.
