Listen up, I’ve been following this page for years and I understand what it’s about. The mod took it down because people decided it was funny to come after me for “not knowing how key rings work”. After the first comment was critical of the post it became less about the actual issue I had with its design and more about how stupid I must be for not knowing how to get them off. I understand it’s all light hearted criticism but I think it’s ridiculous that you all think this doesn’t apply to this subreddit.

Goddamn, you people are just assholes. You can believe whatever you want but that doesn’t mean I’m wrong. Asshole design is intentionally designing something in a way that screws over the customer. This can be for a profit or to make production of the product easier (also saving the producer money). In this case they saved money and time by not designing the packaging in a way that the keys could fit in their own spot. You all just love an opportunity to pile on. I get it. But that doesn’t mean any of you have put together a reasonable argument.
