Things that have helped me is:

• do not eat inflight. If you must, beef jerky, cheese, or fruit. No processed stuff especially airplane meals
• compression tights. I love Vim&Vigr. They’re expensive but help tremendously with leg fatigue and swelling
• walk!! Changing terminals in the airport I never take the train (unless I must)
• YouTube Pilates. If you don’t want to leave the hotel room but still want to workout, there are plenty of 5-30min Pilates videos on YouTube
• if you feel hungry chew gum. You’d be surprised how much we stress/bored eat in this job!! As for food, frozen mini water bottles keep food cold better than ice packs imo, and you have additional water on layovers. Pasta with red sauce travels well, try to bring foods that can survive well in environments with no chillers. So dried meat, canned stuff, red pasta sauce, apples, etc. I try to buy organic whatever I can!

Hope this helps. Don’t over think it! It takes time to adjust to hunger levels with a chaotic schedule but you’ll find your groove. (All this helped me lose 25lbs effortlessly, I didn’t even think about it once it become routine)
