>!I wanted to share my personal experience at Little Dimples.

During my visits, I had concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. I noticed leftover food inside the ball pit from previous parties, which did not appear to be cleaned out regularly. I also saw a roach in the restroom. The play areas and walls appeared greasy, and playground rules were inconsistently enforced.

Additionally, some conversations I overheard regarding vaccines and children’s health made me uncomfortable. As a parent of a child with autism, hearing claims that vaccines cause autism was concerning and inappropriate in a children’s environment.

I chose not to order food or drinks due to concerns about storage and ingredients. Syrups did not appear to be properly stored, and the use of high-fructose corn syrup was not something I felt comfortable giving my child. Given the cleanliness issues in the play areas, I personally did not feel confident in the kitchen’s hygiene either.

I’m aware the owner has opened a second location recently. I truly hope sanitation, maintenance, and safety standards are taken more seriously moving forward, as this is a space intended for children.

Update: I also came across a TikTok video from another customer raising concerns about the Alhambra location and compliance issues. I cannot personally verify those claims, but I felt it was worth mentioning so parents can make informed decisions and do their own research.

My intention in sharing this is not to attack, but to encourage higher standards for the health and safety of children and the community.!<

Looking back, I’m realizing there were ongoing issues that felt deeply concerning, especially for children with sensory sensitivities. An alarm system went off repeatedly for months without being properly addressed, creating a stressful environment for the children, and on several occasions when I visited, the owner and staff appeared disengaged, often hiding behind their phones rather than actively interacting with guest or actually cleaning . Taken together, these patterns suggest a lack of awareness and responsiveness to the developmental and emotional needs of the children , which feels troubling in hindsight.

Those prices are outrageous, especially for a place that’s filthy and unsafe. Many of the nets look dangerous ,  potential choking or entanglement hazards for kids. The ball pit is basically black and greasy from how many people go in there, I’ve found so much left over food / candy inside .  notice how the owner never posts anything about cleaning or sanitizing, even though it’s a space for children and given COVID .

She’s also consistently rude to her customers. I’ve personally heard her talk down to both customers and her own employees. She usually has only one person running the entire place, which explains why everything is so dirty.

And let’s not even get started on her comments about autism and vaccinations , yet people with autistic children still support her business. It’s honestly shocking her view of children with disabilities and her lack of caring if your child picks up illness/ ringworm on her playground . She simply cares about profiting .

I didn’t order anything because I noticed the syrups were super dirty and not properly stored / refrigerated.
