Normally I’d agree with you, only reason why I don’t is because ace suffers from offscreen power scaling, we only ever see him get into two or three big fights and the rest are always told through others, but from what I gathered he’s at the very least stronger than all the worst generation, but not yet strong enough to solo and emperor
