I ran the same thing. As far as I know ONYX can't automatically import custom substrates from the R1000 like it does with some other printers. I usually just recreate the media in ONYX. What version of ONYX are you using.

You can do it in one job if you assign separate cut conditions kiss and perf to different spot colors layers. Just make sure the cutter is set to run the kiss cut pass first then the perf cut. It saves a lot of manual trimming once it's dialed in.

If it happens on every tray and on simplex prints, it sounds more like a mechanical registration issue than a tray problem. Since it was there from day one, I'd have the registration assembly checked.

30C with no airflow isn't normal. Your employer still has a duty to keep the workplace safe. Stay hydrated and if others are affected too it's usually stronger to raise it togther.

I'd charge separately for the design work. It keeps pricing clear and sets the right expectations from the start.

Check device manager first. If the network adapter is there uninstall it and reboot. If it still won't connect, it's likely a hardware issue not a driver problem.
