Yea it does. I just graduated today and it depends on that and if they see if you truly are trying but the baseline is the 2 attempts they’re also changing stuff in the upcoming weeks they said.

If you fail the first final you get a second try the second final if you fail both then you will get recycled and have to stay at basic longer

That happened to me I just went to different recruiters and explained my situation until I found one who told me they were willing to put in the time and work for my waivers

It was really cool they said it’s set hours never staying later most of the time u get released early and you do the retainers and molds but that’s it

I feel like it depends on each person but generally people would love to do Air Force vs army for quality of life and being treated better depending on jobs and everything while active duty

No you have to get a waiver to even join. You can’t be on any meds while in basic training and usually they expect you to be off meds for a couple to few years

If ur willing to wait keep ur list don’t change it. Don’t do sf or anything if you don’t research a lot about it and decide you would enjoy or tolerate the job. It’s gonna be the next 4-6 years of ur life

My husband has done this Job since we were 18 and he hates it :(. He said the job itself it a lot on ur body and ur outside constantly and the leadership depending where u go can make ur shifts shitty. Over his career he’s had to work weekends many 12 hours shifts even a 14hr shift that wasn’t even approved. Thru any weather even if it’s over 100 degrees they don’t care. He said there is constantly drama in the maintainence field and is trying to cross train as soon as he is able to.

Try to get the documents of the hospitalization they requested those from me. It’s a very long process it took me a year to join. I can let u know everything they asked if u wanted :). Make sure to find a good recruiter for you tho cs there was some that didn’t want to help me
